Pensions Administration

The day-to-day work of keeping membership records, calculation and payment of benefits is carried out by EQ the Scheme Administrators. Your employer will deduct and remit contributions, forward pensionable pay and service information and provide other information as required under the scheme rules.

User Ids are sent out automatically by post, 6 to 8 weeks are you have joined the scheme. If this time has passed and you have not received one, or you require a new ID, please request one from the website team. Their contact details can be found here
